Another one of those films I succeeded in missing whilst on general release. That certainly would not have been the case if I had seen this trailer earlier.

A constable arrives in Sleepy Hollow having been sent from New York to investigate the murders in the supposedly haunted western woods. All the bodies are found decapitated and the taker of heads is believed to be the headless horseman.

This looks like a very atmospheric telling of the tale from director Tim Burton who again casts Johnny Depp as his leading man. Has the gothic look of all Tim Burton’s films with plenty of good imagery on display in this trailer; in particular, the many scenes of the headless horseman, sword in hand, seeking his victims.

Great picture quality and good sound. Buy it!
